Creative Shropshire Christmas Dinner

Christmas is soon upon us and we have the Creative Shropshire Christmas Dinner on the 10th December at the Malthouse in Ironbridge.

Christmas Party Menu £19.50 per head

Starters
Minestrone Soup with pesto crouton
Ham Hoch Terrine with spiced apple chutney
Galia Melon fan with fruits of the forest berries
Smoked Salmon & Crayfish Roulade with lemon pepper dressing
Homemade Faggots with onion gravy

Mains
Traditional Turkey Dinner with roast potatoes and stuffing
Baked Salmon with bacon wrapped French beans & saffron sauce
Steak & Ale Casserole with whole grain mustard mash
Stuffed Aubergine with cherry tomatoes, fennel, olives and red pepper coulis
Grilled Gammon with bubble & squeak and honey mustard sauce
Roast Sirloin of Beef, red wine sauce, roast potatoes ( £1.50 sup)

Puddings
Christmas Pudding with brandy sauce
Classic Vanilla Crème Brulee
Sticky Toffee Pudding with toffee sauce
Mint Chocolate Cheese Cake with white chocolate sauce
